We recently stayed here and enjoyed it very much. We actually made reservations for the wrong weekend and they were able to accommodate us despite the fact that it was the same weekend as the Country Music Festival, due to a cancellation. We found the entire hotel to be clean and the staff exceptionally courteous. The rooms were spacious and updated. This hotel is well worth the money, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Nashville.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Wonderful breakfast that was included in our rate. Happy hour also included in rate. Room was very large and enjoyable though it Didnt smell like a non-smoking room! Stayed 2 nights and house keeping was very late cleaning our room the first night, but was very prompt to address the issue when brought to their attention would stay there again

I stayed here three nights and had a great time. The managers reception was nice with free drinks and snacks, and the cooked to order breakfast was good as well. Oh did I mention they are included in the room price. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the grounds. The hotel is far enough off of the main roads to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends that they take a look at the embassy suites before booking a room elsewhere.

For a niice facility, I ws surprised t how poor a jo\b housekeeping did. The rooms were NOT very clean, and housekeeping did not leve coffee half of the time. Also, the one day we wanted to sleep in, we put out the do not disturb siign, so Housekeeping dec ided to call us on the phone at 10:00 AM just to mke sure we meant it. Was also displeased with 9.95 per dy for internet. We won

Hotel is in desperate need of updating as noted below, staff all spoke with thick foriegn accents, hard to understand, room at check in was not equipped well with towles, soap etc. Breakfast buffet was terrible. There where some really good staff but few and far between. Bellman looked like they just got out of prison. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM Embassy Suites. NEVER AGAIN. Hotel is very hard to find. This was our third stay at a ES and the other two were great, I would recommend you stay away from this one. Must say we have not been impressed with any hotels in Nashville. Always seem dirty and out dated
